One of the best website features to include would be online forms. Online forms are great tools for gathering customer information. But keep in mind that this website feature varies from one form to another.

There are some online forms which are linked to a database that captures information. So whenever something is typed-in it is automatically saved and can be used in the future.

The reason why online forms are one of the most important website features to include is because it lets you get information that you need in order to get in touch with your prospects. Some sales are not done immediately that is something to remember, with constant follow-up you will eventually get the sale that you want.

This is the reason why it is advisable to think about online forms as a website feature to include because sooner or later this will be very useful to you.

c. Should your layout design be supported by the content management system you will use?
