Find Out Why I Like Reading Articles from Copyblogger.com and Why You Should Start Reading It Too
Tuesday, January 5th, 2010Happy New Year everyone!
For this year I am going to be writing a series of reviews every week. I will go over some of the best blogs available for online entrepreneurs. We all know that the internet is just so full of information and well some of that information is not really useful to us.
Hopefully through these reviews you will not have to go through the anguish of wading through loads of websites just to find the information you are looking for.
Our first review for this year is going to be about Copyblogger.com. This website started way back in January 2006. So that is roughly 3 year’s worth of articles. This blog was founded by Brian Clark who is a successful entrepreneur himself. Brian Clark built three enterprises wherein he used online marketing techniques.
Let us go over the blog itself. The website is really simple but at the same time it looks very professional. On the top portion you will clearly see the name “Copyblogger,” then to the right you see the tabs for home, about, archives and contact. The author made it easy for readers to go through the articles because he already pointed out the top blogs.
This site definitely appeals to the average person because the layout is so simple but very effective. It is a clean site with a flawless look and for people without any technical background would definitely be grateful for it. The layout makes anyone feel comfortable because it is so well done and clean looking. The great thing about this website is that it loads so fast, and it does not take a genius to navigate through it.
Another thing about Copyblogger, is that it is not crowded with advertisements. I mean ads are good but there are times that it gets all too confusing for the reader. What’s good with Copyblogger is that the advertisements are not scattered all over the. The ads are strategically positioned on one location and do not distract you from the blog content itself.
If you will go over this blog, you will notice that there is no self-promotion involved. If ever you feel that there is it is very minimal that you will hardly notice it.
The articles in Copyblogger are well-written and contain a friendly tone with easy-to-read and understand language. The level of expertise transmits clearly without requiring the usage of highfalutin words.
Copybloggers’ posts deliver their message well; it has a flow that keeps the readers interested. This blog is full of easy not to mention practical advice that a lot of internet marketers can use themselves.
Let us go over one of the articles in Copyblogger.com. The article “How to Use Twitter to Grow Your Business”, currently has 285 comments and has over 419 Retweets. Why?
Okay, let us go over the article itself. The author Michael Stelzner broke it into 4 parts, namely: Twitter’s definition, Why Businesses Use Twitter, Practical Ways Twitter can help, and Tools to Improve Twitter Experience. All of these sections are full of information that the readers can use.
All throughout the article you will notice that the author linked it to various posts that are related to the topic being discussed. Because of this readers are able to get more information other than the one the author wrote.
I so like Copyblogger. I learn something new from each post that I read and somehow the authors make me look forward to each and new post they will have. It is well worth your time to look at Copyblogger’s content and subscribe to the feed or updates.
