Procrastination makes us unproductive that we never get anything done, so as a result everything is at a standstill. And we all know that a business that is constantly in a standstill will lead to failure in the end.

Conquer Procrastination Tip#1: Compensate yourself for every task you were able to complete
One of the most effective motivations used by a lot of people is: Compensation / reward / bonus. Even if you are the one who owns this online business we are talking about you will find it easier to do those tasks in front of you if you know you have something fun waiting for you. Make it a point to compensate or reward yourself for every task you were able to complete. It does not have to be extravagant just something simple will do.
Conquer Procrastination Tip#2: Get the difficult out of the way first
Get started and do all those tasks you find difficult or unpleasant. Once those are d one you would feel relief that the remaining tasks you have to do are really easy, so you can focus your attention on those.
Remember when you were in school and you have homework for Math and Art. We dread doing Math but we always do that one first because not only was it difficult it was also tedious. Then right after you finish your Math homework you feel so carefree because that huge task is out of the way already. This is just like that. Eliminate difficult tasks first and everything will follow.
Conquer Procrastination Tip#3: Get rid of distractions
When you sit down in front of your computer to finish some article you are writing you see your browser and think “Let me just check my plants in Barn Buddy” or “Oh…let me see who is online right now.” Before you know it two hours go by and you were not able to do anything worthwhile.
There are a million and one things online that can distract us from doing what we should be doing. As soon as you get rid of these distractions around you then you will find it easier to work and to stick to your original goal.
So, to start with our goal of conquering procrastination, turn off your television, your radio, and stop yourself from opening any web browser while you are writing your article. Within a few minutes you will see that you were able to complete the task.
Conquer Procrastination Tip#4: Turn to outsourcing
Maybe the reason why you are putting off some of the work is because you feel you are not good at them hence you find doing these tasks tedious. Now, there are actually some people who are good with the things you do not excel in. So, it would be in your best interest to hire those people. Get someone else to do it and just compensate them for the work they do.
Outsourcing the tasks you really are not good in sets you free to focus on other, more important tasks related to your business success.
Conquer Procrastination Tip#5: Divide the tasks
You will find it easier to complete your tasks if you divide it into little manageable pieces. You will possibly find those little tasks easier to get done and of course no time will be wasted on worrying about those tasks.
Conquer Procrastination Tip# 6: Have fun and enjoy it
Turn unpleasant tasks into a game. Remember how your mother was when its dinner time and you happen to have a vegetable dish. She made it fun by inventing some sort of game; well my mom did just so we would eat the veggies. It was fun and my mom achieved what she wanted.
If you apply the same philosophy on your online business then you will see how quickly you can get them done by instigating fun and enjoyable strategies.
Conquer Procrastination Tip#7: Do not forget the WHY of your business
With all the chaos going on we sometimes forget the main reason why we are doing business. Why are you doing online business in the first place? The answer oftentimes will snap us out procrastination.
