So offering these existing customers a complementary product is a great way to increase your profit. These products serve as escalators for your business.
3. Grow your internet business with your current customers. Focusing on your current customers is less expensive than finding new ones. Even if you cannot expand your current product / service lineup you can increase revenues by offering it to your current customer base hence grow your internet business.
One easy way to do this is through volume discounts. If your products cost a little to produce, offering your consumers the chance to get 2 shirts for the price of 1 it will not cost much on your part (profit) and it is also a good strategy to increase sales.
